Outward opening gate

With this project, you can see details of the outward opening option for our Japanese aluminum profile gates. Because access to the hinge is always have to be on the inside a specific hinge extension profile is attached to reach between Post and panel to allow the gate panel to swing outward. This project also features another special installation option. To retain the biggest opening possible on the smaller gate in the back, both posts have been eliminated. Hinges are attached to the existing wall and the lock receiving bracket is installed onto the existing wood frame.
