🇯🇵 Patio Cover - TFMA

Straight Roof • Bearing Beam

The REVOLU TFMA features straight rafters and a bearing beam. The main feature of a bearing beam is that it allows flexible post placement. Posts can move left or right, while the bearing beam can move forward or back. This brings two advantages. One, we can create a cantilever roof edge that can protect a banister/deck from the elements. Two, this setup helps with post setback issues. Maximum Projection is 15’. If you need to cover a larger space, see the TFNA cover. With posts at the outside gutter it can extend as much as 20 feet. Still not enough? See the Gazebo-ports.

A Japanese Patio Cover is ordinarily attached straight to a house wall. It can however, if needed, be mounted on top of a roof with special ledgers and brackets.
