PJR-carport 3-posts +Anchors
Adding a third post to a PJR cantilever carport gives us the option of a deeper projection of 11 feet. The third post also works in supporting higher snow loads. Take a look at the hurricane anchors featured in this project. They sit nicely tucked away at the posts and are easily set up when needed.
4 PJW Carports combined
A Pre-fabricated DYI carport system can cover large parking areas. This project shows a four car cover created with two double ports in tandem and side-by-side. Specific connectors and flashings are provided to make sure the whole structure is rain tight. See image number five for a closer look at one of those connections.
PJR 50.30 - Cantilever Carport
This is the standard PJR cantilever report. This project shows all the main parts beautifully, like the heat cut panel, and also the optional hurricane anchors. Posts are only on one side and out of the way.
Most popular carport
The PJW double carport is the most popular port hands-down. Reason is the beautiful shape and the modest price point. A 19 x 20‘ space can be effectively covered with only 4 posts and a beautiful polycarbonate canopy with an open view to the sky.
Carport for 3 cars
PJW Triple port mounted on top of a roof for easy access to the garage. Custom mounting brackets are fabricated locally.
Roof-mounted carport
Double carport plus connected cantilever single car cover. Custom installation with roof mount. The cantilever edge can cover up to 2 1/2 feet to the property line!
PJWT - Triple Carport
The PJ aluminum carport can cover three cars. This modern car cover in color silver (SLC) shows off the Blue Smoke heat-cut roof panels in the hot sun. It provides rain and heat protection for your car. PJR 57.80 Triple Carport
Cover for 2 cars in-tandem
The modern aluminum carports from Japan can connect seamlessly to one another and create a deep covered car parking space. Because the posts are only on one side, the carport canopy can hover over the low roof without touching the ceramic tile of the house roof.
PJR 11’ deep cantilever
This Japanese aluminum carport needs posts only on one side and still can cover 11 feet across to protect even the largest of trucks. Different post heights are available. Because of the extra deep projection, a third post is added to this unit. For projections of 10 feet or less only two posts are needed. See the beautiful shade cast by the blue smoke heat cut panel, which can cut out about 83% of heat rays and, like with all our polycarbonate panels, cuts 100% of damaging UV rays.
Wall-mounted Carport
Custom mounting brackets have been fabricated for this special installation of the Japanese aluminum carport PJR. On a double carport like this, the big cross beams cannot be modified, so the walls had to be fortified to receive the mounting brackets.
Triple Carport PJWT
This aluminum carport can span 26 1/2 feet across. This one is a little narrower with 23 feet. Covering your cars with a genuine Japanese aluminum carport will keep it protected from damaging UV rays and rain, hail and snow. Noticed the matching color between port and accordion gates.
Most Popular Carport
The beautiful curve in the PJW roof shape has attracted many admirers. But this carport is not only beautiful, it is also super practical, a true marvel of Japanese engineering. This project shows the blue smoke heat cut panels. Retaining the feeling of an open sky the tinted panels keep a car comfortable even in the middle of a hot summer day.
Ports for Condominium
These multi-unit parking covers shelter the cars of the big condominium complex. The roof panels are made from aluminum too, and provide a deep shade. The individual parking covers are connected to each other and are sealed against the rain with specific connection profiles. The basic carport style is the KCR - the predecessor of the PJR.
Committal Shelter Port
The function of this large aluminum carport gazebo is to keep mourners protected during committal ceremonies at this military cemetery. Without darkening the space, the blue smoke heat cut polycarbonate panels cuts out 83% of the heat rays and 100% of UV rays.
Snowload Carport
This is the PWZ- the 50cm snow-load version of the PJW port. Scroll down to see how this customer installed the port with pilings, a trusted installation method for areas where the frost goes deep into the earth.
